In most cases, items shipped from our store can be returned within 45 days after delivery or 30 days after shipment if the delivery date is not traceable. You will receive an e-mail containing the shipment date and other details of your order after it has been shipped. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. 


Did your item arrive damaged, different or not working? If so, you are protected and can make a claim, the procedure is outlined below.

  • Within 45 days of receiving the product, reach out to us with a photo or video explaining the issue and whether you want a refund or replacement.
  • We will review the claim and contact you if we need more information.
  • If approved, we will refund or resend the item. You may also be asked to return the product.

      If we ask you to return the product, we will discuss with you the most cost effective way to ship it back to us and will give you full instructions including our shipping address. You will receive your full/partial refund once we have received and checked the product.


      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
