WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?
Minimalist wallets, card holders, and other product orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after your order is placed, excluding holidays and weekends. Orders placed after 11 AM CST on Fridays may not be processed for shipping until the following Monday morning. All shipping estimates are calculated in business days.
*If you do not receive your Tracking Number Email notification within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your Spam and/or Promotions folders or reach out to our customer support team via firstname.lastname@example.org.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Shipping times vary as we ship our minimalist wallets, card holders, and other products worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is about 3 - 4 business days. Your tracking number will be sent to you after placing your order.
WHAT COUNTRIES DO WE SHIP TO?
Currently, we only ship to the United States for free with no minimum dollar amount. Rest assured that we are working diligently to start offering worldwide shipping.

If your package has not been shipped yet and you need to make any modifications to your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to update your address.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
In most cases, items shipped from our store can be returned within 30 days after delivery.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing the shipment date and other details of your order. Some products have different policies associated with them.
Please contact us before returning a defective item to receive the return shipping address and other instructions. Did your item arrive damaged, different, or not working? If so, you are protected and can make a claim, the procedure is outlined in our Return Policy.
